• What are Credits and how do they work?

  In TensorPix, you spend Credits to do everything in our web app. How much credits you need to spend in order to enhance one video or image, depends on many factors: source resolution, framerate, duration…
  
  To help you out, calculator inside the web app will always tell you how much Credits you need to enhance a file before you start the enhancement.
  
  Every month, you get new set of Credits based on your subscription plan. Credits you don't use rollover to the next month, so you can still use them. All Credits are valid for one year after purchase.
  
  We also have a Free Preview option for videos. Free Preview runs video enhancing for Free. The result is a short watermarked sample of the enhanced video, so you can see how the end-result will look like.
• How can I earn Credits for free?

  You automatically receive a few free Credits when you sign up. You can earn weekly Credits if you login into the app once a week. See this help article to find more ways how to earn free Credits.
• Do Credits rollover if I don't use them?

  Yes! All unused Credits will rollover to the next month, so you can still use them. All Credits are valid for one year after purchase.
• How long are Credits valid for?

  Credits are valid for 12 months from the moment you buy them. Each newly bought set of Credits have their own validity period.
• Can I buy extra Credits on top of a subscription?

  You can always top up your Credits by purchasing additional ones. Top is available for both Pay-as-you-go and Subscription plans.
• What happens if we exceed the storage space in our plan?

  You won’t be able to upload or process more files if the storage is full. In that case API will return an error response saying that you don’t have enough space. You have to delete some files and try again.
• How does priority processing work?

  When you start a video job, your job goes to the processing queue. Some plans have a priority over other plans meaning you will wait less time in the queue if you have priority processing enabled in your plan.
• Do you have a refund policy?

  We can always refund the full purchase price if you don't use the purchased Credits. In case you have used some of the purchased Credits and you're not satisfied with the results, you can contact us and we'll see if we can return some of the used Credits. Unfortunately, we can't give you a money refund if some of the Credits have been used. Please check out the Terms & Agreements for more details.
• Can I cancel my subscription?

  Of course! Visit your Billing page and click the 'Cancel plan' button to unsubscribe.
  Your current subscription plan will remain active until the end of current billing period. You won't lose any Credits if you cancel the subscription.
• What’s the difference between Pay As You Go, Subscription, and Enterprise plans?

  Pay As You Go is best if you want to buy Credits only when you need them, with no recurring commitment. Subscription plans are best for regular use because you get a new set of Credits every billing cycle, and unused Credits roll over. Enterprise plans are designed for businesses and high-volume workflows, with larger usage limits, business-focused features, and custom support options.
• Which payment methods do you accept?

  We accept payments via credit or debit cards (Stripe payment provider) or via PayPal. Both are reputable companies with very high security standards.
• Can I get an invoice for my purchase or subscription?

  Yes, you can get an invoice for your purchase or subscription.
• Do you charge taxes or VAT?

  Taxes or VAT are already included in the displayed price.
• Can I change my plan later?

  Yes, you can always upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, the new plan will take effect immediately and you will be charged the difference. If you downgrade, the new plan will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• How do I contact support if I have billing issues?

  You can always contact via email or via the chat in the app.
